This Distance Sales Agreement is made between TRPARADISETRANSFER (Murat KILINÇ) (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER) and the customer who books the airport transfer service through the website https://trparadiseviptransfer.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the BUYER). The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms and conditions regarding VIP airport transfer services.

1. Parties

SELLER:
TRPARADISETRANSFER (Murat KILINÇ)

BUYER:

Contact Details: [Phone Number, Email]
Flight Information: [Flight Number, Airline, Arrival/Departure Time]

2. Service Description

  • Vehicle Type: [VIP Sedan, VIP Van, Luxury Minibus, etc.]

  • Route: [Antalya Airport → Hotel/Address] or vice versa

  • Transfer Date & Time: [Specified by the BUYER]

  • Total Fee: [Amount] USD (including taxes)

All transfer services are provided with private, air-conditioned, and licensed vehicles accompanied by professional drivers.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card (online)

  • Bank Transfer / Wire

  • Cash to the driver (by arrangement)

Cancellation Conditions:

  • More than 24 hours before transfer time: Full refund

  • 12–24 hours before transfer time: 50% refund

  • Less than 12 hours before transfer time: No refund

4. Execution of Service

  • The driver will meet the BUYER at the designated airport terminal or address at the agreed time, holding a name sign if requested.

  • Flight arrival times are monitored in real time to adjust for delays.

  • The transfer will be conducted in a safe, comfortable, and timely manner.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the service up to 14 days prior to the scheduled transfer.

  • If the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is no longer valid.

6. Liability & Jurisdiction

  • The SELLER is not responsible for delays due to flight changes, baggage issues, or any force majeure circumstances.

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Turkey.

7. Confirmation

The BUYER confirms acceptance of this agreement via electronic approval or signature upon completing the online reservation. Use of the website and/or booking a transfer implies consent to the terms stated herein.
